Step-by-Step Package -I-

Step 1: Free Initial Contact and Setup

  • 1.1 Client sets an appointment through the website and fills out an intake form.
  • 1.2 Initial Zoom call with the client.
  • 1.3 Establish confidentiality between therapist and client.
  • 1.4 Assess the client’s situation based on the intake form.
  • 1.5 Explain the methodology and its benefits.
  • 1.6 Agree on the number of sessions 

Step 2: Coaching/ RTT Sessions

  • 2.1 Be prepared for longer sessions, typically lasting between 90 and 120 minutes.
  • 2.2 After the first session, you can expect 80% of the issue to be resolved, but active participation and effort are required.
  • 2.3 You will receive a personalized recording for daily practice over the next 21 days.
  • 2.4 Schedule your second session 3 to 4 weeks later to review progress and fine-tune your development.
    2.5 Based on progress and your specific needs, determine if additional sessions are required.

Step 3: Follow Up

  • 3.1 Continuous follow-up is provided between sessions and up to 2 months after completing the package.
  • 3.2 Honest feedback is required and encouraged to ensure ongoing progress.

Step 3: Standard Coaching Package

  • 3.1 Plan Development and Execution: Finalize a tailored coaching plan and implement it over 3 months through targeted sessions and interventions.
